You can swap to a double eye leaf spring setup on your trailer but you will need to basically remove and reinstall new hangers that were designed for this type of setup like with the # APT3HD. Thanks for the picture of your build sheet! It does look like the etrailer 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring item # e94SR you purchased is the correct replacement spring. Feel free to email me back a picture of your suspension but unless you are flipping your equalizer with your trailer fully loaded you should just need to break the springs in. They're brand new so you should expect them to be pretty stiff especially if your trailer isn't fully loaded.

It really just comes down to the condition of the hardware Stephen. It's not one of those things where if you are replacing one thing you HAVE to also replace other things at the same time. The Dexter axles you have are 7k rated based on the part number you mentioned so the etrailer leaf springs part # e64SR that you referenced would be the correct part number as long as your current springs are right at 25 inches unloaded. We do offer replacement suspension components but to increase your trailer's height you'll want to go with an over-under conversion kit like Dexter's # K71-384-00 (2-3/8" diameter axles) or # K71-385-00 (3" diameter axles). You'll need to first measure the diameter of your axle tubes and check if you're suspension underslung or overslung. You'll need an underslung suspension in order to use these kits.

The Dexter Heavy-Duty Suspension Kit # K71-359-00 you looked at would be a great solution for a replacement. You will need a quantity of two since you have a triple axle trailer. You will also have a couple spare bolts leftover should you need them in the future.

Hey Eddie, I do have an option for you but the closest axle we offer for what you're looking for is the Trailer Axle Beam with Easy Grease Spindles # e93GR which measures 94" at the hub face and 79" at the spring center.
Since this'll be used to replace a trailer axle with a 93" hub face, the wheels/tires are going to stick out a 1/2" more on each side At this point, the spring seats can then be cut and rewelded.

Your equalizers not sitting level is a sign that they aren't going to work as well since the movement they normally allow will be limited. It may not be a problem in the near future but basically components of the suspension will wear out quicker and your tires may wear out quicker as well.

Is this with it still leveled? Have you tried sitting it down completely on the axles again? That will likely get everything back into place. It doesn't look like anything is specifically broken/damaged from what I can see unless your leaf spring suffered damage but that isn't in the picture. The equalizers shifting like this can happen when leveling or lifting the trailer. Sometimes mine get this way and if nothing else driving gets it to shift back. view full answer...
The only air bag kit we have for your 2019 Ram 3500 cab and chassis is the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2478 which mounts above the leaf springs on the frame rail. I do not see any kits that will replace the factory jounce bumper. I do not see any reason these would not fit your application but you can verify based on the install instructions linked near the bottom of the page.

Thank you for providing that information. It sounds like you already know this, but you want to choose a replacement equalizer that closely matches the one that came with the trailer. Since you have an 8" measurement on your standard equalizers I recommend the MORryde Shock Absorbing Suspension Equalizers # MR27ZR. These have the same 8" measurement between the outer shackle bolt holes with a height of 3-1/2".

If you have the SwayPro system then you're using the 1,000 lbs TW Spring Bars # BXW4007 with a range of 750 lbs - 1,000 lbs, and if you have the 2-Point Sway system then you're using the 1,200 lbs TW Spring Bars # BLU64XR with a range of 800 lbs - 1,200 lbs.
Both of these options will work just fine with your new setup, but if you really want to go to a lower rating then that's fine, provided you keep your tongue weight within the proper ranges:

Reese got rid of a lot of the older weight distribution replacement parts a few years back when they went and updated most of the lines that they offered so there isn't going to be the replacement parts you are looking for. So it would be best to replace the entire system Bob.
A system like the Reese part # RP66542 would work great as it has a tongue weight range of 600-1,200 lbs which should match what your camper has well. view full answer...
Typically when the frame brackets for the Reese Weight Distribution # RP66020 can't be used they switch to the Bolt On Hangers # RP58305. I have seen some weld the brackets onto the trailer but as Reese did not design the brackets to be used in that manner I cannot give you any details on how much of the bracket needs to be welded. It shouldn't take much but they need to be secured in place to not slide on the frame or lift from the top rail.

It sounds like your Husky 32218 weight distribution hitch head itself is damaged. With the way the bar is flinging out it sounds like mounting tab where the spring bar sits into is bending up as it goes out which explains why the bar would also push out under load. This would also explain why both sides do not require the same amount of force to lift both sides. You can try reaching out to Husky to determine if this is something they will cover under warranty.
